  OSA PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

The Oklahoma Sheriffs' Association is an organization which I have been extremely proud to be a member of.

This organization has been and continues to be very active in moving forward in finding solutions to issues and concerns of Sheriffs and their offices throughout the state.  I am excited about getting the opportunity to serve Sheriffs and the many members represented by the Oklahoma Sheriffs' Association.

As President of this association, I will keep my focus on the mission of the OSA and strive to reach the goals set forth by it's members, while maintaining our ethical standards as an association.  I am thankful to have the guidance and help of the great staff in place at the association which have served us all well.  Together we will continue to promote the priorities of the OSA, along with the guidelines and agendas we set forth by the board and as a unified group of law enforcement professionals.

As members of this association, I welcome your involvement at meetings, your input, and any ideas on the direction you would like the association to take regarding the issues facing us all.

I pledge to do my best as your president to move us forward throughout this coming year. We will be working to maintain the integrity this association has achieved through the hard work and dedication of our director and staff, board, committee members, and all members of the association.

Sincerely,

OSA President Sheriff Bill Winchester
